Two beehives next to each other. The goal of the Carroll County Beekeepers Association is to teach modern beekeeping techniques in Carroll County, MD; educate the public about bees, pollination and bee products; promote the value and use of honey, beeswax and pollination.

Carroll County Beekeepers provide swarm collection and offer speakers on beekeeping and related topics. The activities, information, and orientation of our group are focused primarily on Carroll and adjacent counties. Monthly meetings are held on the third Wednesday at 7:30 PM at Bear Branch Nature Center/Hashawha Environmental Center, 300 John Owings Road, Westminster, 410-848-2517.

We welcome anyone who has an interest in bees to attend our meetings and join our club.
